Resep dan Cara Memasak Sate Cumi


Bahan yang dibutuhkan
  • Cabe Rawit merah 3 biji
  • Ketumbar 1/2 sendok teh
  • Saos Tomat 5 sendok makan
  • Kecap Manis Bango 6 sendok makan
  • Penyedap 1/2 sendok teh
  • Garam 1/4 sendok teh
  • Daun Jeruk 5 lembar
  • Cumi basah 1/2 kilo di potong bulat bulat
  • 5 siung Bawang Putih
  • 1 buah Bombay
  • Serai 1 batang (memarkan)
  • 1 sendok makan Air Asam Jawa
  • Gula merah jawa 100 gr
  • Minyak Goreng 3 sendok makan
Cara Memasak sate cumi
  1. Tumis semua bumbu halus, masukkan sereh dan daun jeruk.
  2. Setelah harum beri sedikit air.
  3. Masukkan cumi yang sudah di potong-potong.
  4. Setelah setelah bumbu tercampur rata, segera matikan kompor.
  5. Segera tusuk-tusuk dengan tusukan sate dan bakar hingga warna kecoklatan.
  6. Siap di sajikan.., supaya lebih segar bisa di tambahkan potongan irisan nanas.
